Cady Noland & Olivier Mosset: MONO

28. August 1999  – 24. October 1999

Featuring artworks by:
Olivier Mosset   Cady Noland

Cady Noland and Olivier Mosset have had a considerable influence on other artists - of both their own and of a younger generation. References to everyday life are loosely woven into their works; the two have no problems in dealing with the ‘real’ world. Mosset, for instance, refers to long trips on his Harley-Davidson as being an important experience for his painting. There are parallels in the artistic vocabularies of the two. Their works are precise, direct and reduced to the bare essentials. Noland and Mosset are joining forces for the first time, putting on a double exhibition in the migros museum.
