The tour provides insight into the exhibition Extra Bodies – The Use of the ‹Other Body› in Contemporary Art. The central themes are explained, and background information is conveyed.

Barbara Biedermann studied art history, photography and popular cultural studies at the universities of Zurich and Bern and is currently doing her PhD on the topic of the Moving Image in Artist’s Books. From 2014 to 2015 she has been research assistant within the SNSF Sinergia project “The Interior. Art, Space, and Performance (Early Modern to Postmodern)” at the Institute of Art History, University of Bern. Since October 2016 she is working as editorial coordinator at JRP|Ringier.
